MetricsSnapshot

Create a new metrics snapshot

Parameters:

type -

metric - the metric to use (ex. Connect to database)

subject - the name of the metric subject (ex. the name of the database we're connecting to)

logChannelId -

Create a new metrics snapshot without a subject
